Nexia Scientific provides consistently high levels of service, back up and support for the complete CTS range of products and provides additional support for a variety of equipment from other manufacturers.
Our experienced service engineers are CTS factory trained in Germany but also have extensive experience working on equipment from other chamber brands. We understand your machines and have access to the best sources for parts and service data.
Nexia Scientific also provides maintenance support for many major pharmaceutical companies offering 24-hour response breakdown cover on stability storage equipment throughout the year.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OPTIONS
Various levels of “service only” or “service and calibration” are available for our own CTS
machines and other makes. Calibration is carried out to the IEC 60068 standard although
remain flexible to meet all requirements. All test equipment used in our calibration procedures
are traceable to national or international standards.
Please contact the service department for maintenance and calibration options, if possible supplying the
make, model & serial number of the equipment should you require a quotation. Nexia
Scientific will also be happy to assist you with any other queries such as fault diagnosis,
performance issues and F-Gas compliance for clients required to submit reports and data for
legal compliance and meeting ISO:14001 criteria.
